Who we are

Orwynhealth Ltd is the data controller for this website. This means we decide how and why information collected here is used. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17374862, registered office 1 Landor Road, London SW9 9RX. Contact us at hello@orwynhealth.com or at that address.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), number ZC270779.

What this website collects

This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, and does not store your internet protocol (IP) address, the address of your device online. It keeps nothing that identifies you or follows you from one day to the next. Our host, Vercel Inc., keeps standard request logs for a short period, to run the service and keep it secure. These logs include details such as the address of your device and the page requested.

If you email us

We hold your message and your email address so we can reply, and for as long as the conversation is useful. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not pass your details to anyone else. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will.

Please do not send anything that could identify a patient, or any confidential clinical information, to this email address.

If you use the demo

The demo uses example patients only.

The demo’s send button passes on the mobile number or email address you type, so the message can be delivered. Text messages go through Twilio Inc., and emails through Resend. Both are in the United States of America (USA). This transfer is covered by the United Kingdom (UK) Addendum to the European Union (EU) standard contractual clauses. These are standard contract terms that protect personal information sent outside the UK. We keep only a scrambled record of the number or address (a salted hash), with the date, to stop misuse. We delete it after 7 days.

Our legal reasons for using your information

Replying to your email: our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. Running and securing this website: our legitimate interest in a working, safe website. The demo’s send button: your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending, and can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Emails: for as long as the conversation is useful, then deleted. The demo’s scrambled record: 7 days. Our host’s request logs: for the short period its own policy sets.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct it, delete it, or limit or stop how we use it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it. Write to hello@orwynhealth.com; we reply within one month.
